Please READ carefully, as this pertains to the agreement of your registration with Tenacious Techies.

By purchasing this product, you (sometimes referred to as "Customer") agree to the following terms stated.


PROGRAM
Tenacious Techies agrees to provide a program that includes a LOT of training, website setup and group coaching to guide you through the process of starting your own Digital Agency. This website setup, training, marketing material and coaching costs us real money to provide, but we believe in investing in your success. We're asking you to commit to us that you're fully “in’, so we can make this investment in you.

DISCLAIMER
Customer understands that Tenacious Techies has not promised, nor shall be obligated to, the following:

1. Success in business, results, and sales for the Customer.
2. Provide assistance, as either coach or mentor, with consultations for future business contracts made by customers.
3. Procure any publicity, social media exposure, interviews, write-ups, features, television, or print promotions for the Customer.
4. Introduce Customer to Tenacious Techies full network of contacts, media, or business partners. Customer understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program.

FEES/PRICES
The price for Tenacious Techies is one time full payment of $2000.
We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.

PAYMENT GATEWAY
We use Stripe as our Payment Gateway. We are not liable to any failed transactions.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Tenacious Techies respects Customers’ privacy and insists that the Customer respects ours as well. Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure agreement.Parties agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, in the forum or otherwise.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party.
Both parties will keep private information in strictest confidence and shall use their best efforts to safeguard the confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.

Customer agrees not to violate Tenacious Techies Publicity or Privacy Rights. Furthermore, Customer will NOT reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with this Agreement or Tenacious Techies direct or indirect dealings with Customer, including but not limited to, names, email addresses, third-party company titles or positions, phone numbers, or postal addresses. Additionally, customers will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third party.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Customer accepts and agrees that Customer is 100% responsible for their progress and results from the program. Our Program makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. Customers understand that because of the nature of the program and its extent, the results experienced by each Customer may significantly vary. Customer acknowledges that, as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Customer will reach their goals as a result of participation in the program. The program assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.
