Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated SEO Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for digital marketing, and have a strong interest in search engine optimization (SEO). As an SEO Fresher, you will work closely with our SEO team to optimize our website for search engines and increase organic traffic. Responsibilities: - Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords
- Perform on-page optimization such as optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, and header tags
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
- Create and optimize content for our website and blog
- Collaborate with the content team to develop effective content strategies
- Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas of improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
- Knowledge of Google ads and analytics will be an advantage

| Qualifications |

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in search engine optimization and digital marketing
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in SEO is a plus, but not required

- Setting up web sites for new acquisitions and developments with specific emphasis on establishing strong Search Engine Optimization practices at closing
- Creating customized and targeted landing pages
- Implementing on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, site speed optimization, meta tag optimization, information architecture, competitive SERP analysis and other duties that are assigned
- Reviewing blog content for alignment with Weidner brand, and values, grammar, and relevant keywords
- Executing other SEO strategies for desktop, mobile and tablet search results, as assigned by Digital Marketing Manager
- Maintaining accuracy of the Weidner website by expanding on, correcting and optimizing all written content via the content management system, including descriptions of the community, photos and floor plans
- Attending all Marketing meetings and participate in creating new ideas, strategies and concepts
- Must be enrolled in a degree program: Bachelor Degree in English, Computer Science, Marketing or related field, experience is preferred

- Some understanding of or experience with SEO and web analytics (including Google Analytics) preferred
- Highly proficient in Excel; proficient in MS Word and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills, with close attention to detail and process
